Brand Manager
Joulé is seeking a Brand Manager to lead the execution of the brand’s integrated marketing plan. The role involves managing relationships with licensors, executing brand activities, and leading cross-functional operations for new product launches.

Responsibilities
Lead execution of the brand’s integrated marketing plan in alignment with brand strategy and communication plans
Support relationships with licensors and licensees; execute brand activities including consumer and trade promotions, social media, cause marketing, event marketing, artwork, and MSE management
Lead cross-functional operations for new product launches, product upgrades, and packaging changes
Co-lead day-to-day brand operations including forecasting, monthly business reporting, and financial planning
Assist with development of brand strategies and creation of internal and external presentations across all customer channels
Develop deep category understanding and serve as a competitive category expert
Qualification
Required
BA/BS required; MBA preferred
5+ years total marketing/business experience (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics)
Proven success in category analysis
Familiarity with consumer marketing research tools such as Nielsen or IRI
Strong understanding of consumer marketing research techniques
Excellent analytical and forecasting skills
Strong project management and communication skills
Problem-solving, solution-oriented mindset
