Ability to review and analyze complex insurance program structures and coverages and make recommendations
Good with excel and numbers

Experience as a senior risk manager
Real Estate experience
Experience reading contracts (indemnity and insurance requirements for vendors, contractors, tenants, landlords, property managers, etc.)
