The role involves maintaining employee payroll data, assisting with payroll reporting, and ensuring accurate payroll processing across the organization.

Responsibilities
Assist in processing employee late time sheets, time and attendance timecards and payroll reports from all systems used in both a timely and accurate manner
Assist employees with questions regarding payroll related issues
Completing verification of employment forms
Handling of garnishment entries
Processing of weekly planned and unplanned reports for all Home Health Aides
Demonstrate knowledge of quality assurance standards
Maintain both patient and employee confidentiality
Demonstrate knowledge and use of any active Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA)
Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor and/or department director
Qualification
Required
high school diploma with relevant payroll experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Human Resources/Payroll systems
Accurate data entry a must
Proficiency with 10 key calculators
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred
ADP experience strongly preferred
