Senior Level, Lead/StaffDaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to provide technical leadership in the design, development, and delivery of technology-enabled software and applications. The role involves overseeing software development, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring adherence to best practices and project delivery.

Responsibilities
Design and implementation of applications, data integrations, and technology solutions
Development oversight and standards adherence: provide Technical guidance and mentoring to Developers, Sr. Developers, and Technical Leads
Systems development and support. Create Design & Technical Specs from Business requirement specifications
Best practices design and development. Lead and participate in code reviews, collaborate with fellow developers and Architects
Project planning and estimation. Collaborate with the Project Manager, Product Manager, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Quality Analysts, Configuration Manager, and others to ensure delivery of the project
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Expertise in design, development, and delivery of technology-enabled software, applications, products, and services
Technical leadership for implementation of data integration projects
Ability to ensure solutions align with customer's functional and non-functional requirements
Knowledge of best practices, architecture guidelines, and security and compliance regulations
Overseeing day-to-day software development aspects
Ability to learn the full duties of the Development team
Collaboration with PMO, Architecture, QA, and Product Management teams
Driving Development components of Agile scrum teams
Clearing obstacles by collaborating with other teams
Design and implementation of applications, data integrations, and technology solutions
Providing technical guidance and mentoring to Developers, Sr. Developers, and Technical Leads
Creating Design & Technical Specs from Business requirement specifications
Leading and participating in code reviews
Collaborating with fellow developers and Architects
Project planning and estimation
Collaborating with Project Manager, Product Manager, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Quality Analysts, Configuration Manager, and others
