Associate Director, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities
Lead activities to attract, recruit, and hire top talent for Insmed
Establish strategies, processes and programs to enable quality-focused talent acquisition for assigned functional areas
Sourcing, screening, networking, pipelining and interviewing of potential candidates
Establish and develop effective working relationships with the business leaders and other key stakeholders
Screen and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers
Provide leadership and thought partnership to hiring managers, business partners and HR Partners by acting as the internal staffing consultant
Build relationships across all departments and functions within Insmed to share internal and external talent
Proactively source candidates through internal and external channels
Demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of industry information and competitive landscape
Embed process, tools and systems within the business to improve hiring process
Deliver high quality work and demonstrate operational excellence through utilization of recruiting tools and resources
Develop and review regular recruiting metrics and reports
Finalize offer process, inclusive of reference checks, background screens and compensation requirements
Conduct intake, alignment and debrief meetings with hiring managers and interview team
TA projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years in Talent Acquisition
6+ years in the biotech/pharma industry
Thorough knowledge of applicant tracking systems, internet-based recruiting and behavioral-based interview techniques is required
Proven experience building, evaluating and leading teams and projects
Advanced relationship management skills
Ability to establish strong business partner relationships and to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner
Experience with Talent Acquisition technology
Prior experience successfully navigating a fast-paced, changing environment
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy and conciseness
Demonstrate the ability to interact successfully in a dynamic, inclusive workplace

Preferred
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, advanced degree a plus
Prior experience managing a team of corporate recruiters is preferred
