4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting IT applications and mapping business processes and workflows
Solid project management, problem-solving, organizational, collaboration, and documentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with an ERP system and knowledge of how applications are integrated
Creative thinker who is business process minded and logical
Seeking someone comfortable working with ambiguity
Ability to utilize O365 including Teams for communications, collaboration, and documentation tracking
Prefer experience within a manufacturing environment (but not required)
Willingness and ability to work onsite in the western suburbs 4 days/week
Must reside in the Chicagoland area
