New Grad, Entry LevelABA360 is dedicated to enhancing the lives of children with Autism through Applied Behavior Analysis. They are seeking a Bilingual Teacher who will provide one-on-one ABA services and support positive behavior in children, while fostering connections with families.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior
Record session data accurately using electronic devices
Foster a positive learning environment and build strong connections with families
Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with children with Autism
Spanish-speaking (conversational required)
Willingness to learn, patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations
Preferred
Fluency in Spanish
Education or early childhood development
Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
Childcare, babysitting, after-school programs, or camp counseling
Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
