Responsibilities
Own scope, schedule, and budget; lead and mentor team members
Plan, design, and oversee grading, drainage, utility, and public improvement plans (Civil 3D)
Navigate permitting with local municipalities, school districts, and DSA
Drive client service and BD: nurture relationships, identify opportunities, and support proposals
Champion QA/QC, specifications, and consultant coordination; support construction admin
Qualification
Required
California PE (active)
8+ years progressive experience, incl. 2+ years leading teams
Expert Civil 3D skills
Proven work with SDUSD/DSA/OSHPD/military and Design-Build delivery
Preferred
MicroStation skills
Proposal writing
Training/mentoring
Resource planning
Hydrology studies
LEED calcs
SWPPP and stormwater management reports
Specs writing/editing
Field/CA experience
