Responsible for assisting the office in the assessment of real and personal property and assisting the County Assessor and the public
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Possession of or ability to obtain Level I certification within one year of hire date
Knowledge of/or ability to locate State and local law/code related to properties and assessment and County policies/procedures, with ability to apply to assessments
Excellent organizational and communications skills
Ability to work alone or with others in a team environment
Pre-employment background check
Preferred
two years of higher education and/or assessing experience
