Responsibilities

Prioritize member demands while providing impeccable member service by greeting members warmly, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and courteously

Guide members to specialized team members for further assistance or services as needed

Complete all assigned educational courses and tests, within required timeframes and passing scores to include product knowledge

Identify opportunities and recommend products and services to members, to align with their financial needs and aspirations

Conduct cash handling and transaction processing accurately, adhering to established procedures and regulatory guidelines

Verify member identification and authorization for transactions to safeguard against fraud and unauthorized access

Provide departmental back-up coverage as needed

Respond effectively to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies, and other processes

Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
