Sales Director
SanterMedia is a digital marketing agency for gym owners that provides Advertising and Coaching services to help gym owners grow their business. They are seeking an experienced Sales Director to own and execute sales strategies, lead a sales team, and optimize revenue and profit through effective sales processes.

Responsibilities
Own and execute the overall sales strategy to target ideal gyms and maximise revenue and profit
Design, launch, and optimise go-to-market sales strategies
Continuously improve the sales process to increase close rates and revenue predictability
Lead daily and weekly sales meetings and act as interim sales manager as the team scales
Hire, retain, and remove sales talent to maintain a high-performance team
Identify and resolve sales bottlenecks across people, process, or tooling
Review call recordings, audit CRM activity, and step in to close high-intent prospects when needed
Own sales SOPs, CRM workflows, and enablement systems to ensure fast ramp-up of new reps
Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Oversee sales budgets and performance reporting in partnership with leadership
Launch new sales motions or departments when required
Drive backend revenue through the client success team where appropriate
Build strategic partnerships and secure approved-vendor relationships with franchises or large groups
Support speaking engagements at gym owner events
Oversee & work with marketing manager (once hired) to develop company marketing strategy that aligns with long-term goals & provides constant lead flow and growth for sales the team
Position SanterMedia as the #1 premium option for gym advertising
Hold marketing manager accountable for performance and growth
Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the industry. Use insights to adapt marketing strategies, ensuring we remain a step ahead of competitors. Monitor market sophistication levels and adjust accordingly to precede competition
Measure campaign performance and ROI to inform future marketing decisions
Lead weekly marketing meetings alongside marketing manager
Qualification
Required
Experience managing direct reports as a sales director
Proven ability to build, manage and lead a sales team to meet or exceed targets through complete development of successful sales & marketing strategy
Proven history of developing successful sales scripts and processes as well as Google Slides / Powerpoint sales presentations
Strong understanding of the fitness industry
Solid grasp of digital marketing services
Proven ability to identify and implement clear simple solutions to complex issues
Self-motivated, proactive, and a true team player
