Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end architecture and implementation of Anaplan solutions
Gather requirements and create detailed plans for June system launch
Design system integrations with both upstream and downstream systems
Administer the Anaplan system and manage weekly peak season escalations
Collaborate closely with BI engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to support North American wage planning
Qualification
Required
Anaplan Level 3 - Solution Architecture Certification or higher
Strong expertise in SQL
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams for over 5 years
Anaplan (Expert)
SQL(Advance)
ETL(Intermediate)
Data Modeling (Intermediate)
Python (Intermediate)
Preferred
Experience in compensation planning, finance, or workforce planning
