PC Service Manager

Qualification
Required
Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading, managing, and mentoring a team to achieve operational excellence
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to resolve customer concerns and maintain high levels of satisfaction
Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Ability to identify and implement effective pest control solutions while managing service schedules efficiently
Knowledge of Safety Standards: Understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements in pest control or similar industries
Technical Skills: Familiarity with pest control methods, practices, or willingness to learn through Orkin's comprehensive training program
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with team members and customers
Ability to work on-site in Brunswick, GA, and availability to work a full-time schedule
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred
Experience in the pest control industry is a plus but not required
Additional education or certifications are a plus
