Responsibilities
Attending pre- bids for Municipal, SCE and private opportunities
Project Take Offs
Creating Bids in HCSS
Working with estimating team with Bid Reviews and Bid Submittals
Working with GF’s during the duration of a project
Submitting and Tracking change orders
Coordinating with city and private inspectors/personnel
Tracking job costs with GF
Creating Job Schedules using Microsoft Project
Submitting crew counts daily
Qualification
Required
5 years of Underground Electric Utility experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office. (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Project)
Proficient with HCSS (Heavy Bid)
Be a clear communicator
Time management
Strategic thinking
High level computer skills
Must know how to read SCE Civil and other dry utility blueprints
A valid driver's license and clear DMV Driver Record are required for employment
Preferred
Blue Beam experience a plus
Blu Beam Knowledge is a plus
