Responsibilities

Develop and execute a proactive new-business strategy across enterprise and mid-market clients
Build, mentor, and grow a team of sales and account management professionals
Establish best-in-class processes for pipeline development, forecasting, performance tracking, and CRM usage
Collaborate closely with Recruiting, Delivery, and Operations to ensure unified execution and exceptional client experiences
Deeply understand client environments—technical roadmaps, talent needs, and cultural dynamics—to position the firm as a trusted, strategic partner
Drive account expansion, client satisfaction, and long-term retention
Analyze sales performance metrics and continuously refine the go-to-market approach
Represent the company as a senior commercial leader in client conversations, industry events, and high-value pursuits

Required

Senior-level leadership experience in IT staffing, technology consulting, or talent solutions

Strong negotiation and client-facing skills, with an ability to influence at the executive level
A strategic thinker who is also hands-on—comfortable mixing leadership with personal business development
High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust quickly
Passion for growth, culture, and elevating standards across a revenue organization
