Prospect Management Analyst - University Advancement

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Prospect Management Analyst to join their Individual Giving team. This role involves identifying and assigning top prospects, optimizing gift officer portfolios through data analysis, and ensuring data integrity for fundraising initiatives.

Responsibilities

Creation and management of the Individual Giving gift officer queues and processes, including:
Continuously building and optimizing qualification queues for gift officers
Prioritizing queues to identify top prospects
Collaborating with Prospect Research to identify current donors who are Leadership or Major gift prospects
Liaise with the Individual Giving vertical, Prospect Research, and Data Analytics to:
Manage the prospect assignment process
Maintain and serve as a subject matter expert on WashU prospect management guidelines and Prospect Management best practices
Analyze and curate data for audits and consultations at the direction of the Senior Associate Director
Collaborate with the Annual Giving PMC to manage prospect assignments across capacity lanes
Provide critical support in the management, maintenance, and integrity of prospect data in CRM
Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree
