Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure on-time feature delivery
Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Define and review test cases; provide sign-off on feature readiness
Champion a strong testing and quality mindset across the team
Partner with Scrum Masters to remove blockers and keep sprints on track
Lead requirement clarification sessions, reviews, and issue resolution meetings
Collaborate closely with engineering and content teams
Track sprint progress and communicate status to stakeholders
Support release planning and deployment readiness
Oversee testing coordination, defect tracking, and quality assurance activities

Required

CMS experience (strong preference for Adobe Experience Manager – AEM/Adobe Target, 2–4 years)
Strong technical acumen and experience in complex technical organizations
Agile/Scrum methodology experience
Business requirements definition and test strategy experience
Ability to write clear, precise user requirements
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
