They are seeking a high-energy Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive outreach and build a pipeline in key segments such as DoD and athlete performance.

Responsibilities
Drive outreach and build high-quality pipeline in DoD, athlete performance, recovery clinics, and/or wellness tech
Activate your network and help convert interest into pilots and commercial deals
Build B2B marketing campaigns and assets such as newsletters, digital marketing, event participation
Collaborate directly with the founders and team to fine-tune messaging and approach
Shape and validate our commercial strategy together with our other commercial team members
Identify and navigate pathways such as SBIR, OTA, VA procurement together with our DoD consultant
Qualification
Required
Experience selling to or within defense, elite sports, clinics, and/or wellness platforms
Strong U.S. network in at least one segments
A go-getter mindset: energetic, proactive, inspiring, committed and execution-focused
Willingness to hustle and experiment with GTM strategy in a startup context
Based in Austin and willing to travel for key meetings/events
Preferred
DoD or athletic performance experience especially valued
