Chewy is hiring Dropship Specialists for their Dropship Operations team. The role involves managing vendor and customer service ticket resolutions, vendor fulfillment center management, and onboarding new vendors, while delivering high-quality service and maintaining vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

Resolve vendor and customer service tickets on a daily and weekly basis, in line with our SLA's
Ensure new vendors are onboarded according to SLAs
Troubleshoot any issues that arise through onboarding and bring in support to resolve when necessary
Work cross-functionally with category management, delivery experience, customer service, catalog, and transportation teams

Required

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
0-1+ years of relevant experience in ecommerce, buying, account management, product management, category management, operations, analytics, finance or marketing
Good analytical abilities and problem-solving skills (Excel, SQL is a plus)
Be a self-starter who delivers results
Strong verbal and written communication
Solid time, data, and organizational management skills
Excellent attention to detail
