Strategic Sales Executive
Hybridge, LLC is seeking a high-performing Strategic Sales Executive to spearhead sales growth and forge meaningful partnerships with dental practices across the country. This role is critical to the company's mission of transforming lives through superior full-arch prosthetics and crown & bridge solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building strong relationships, and collaborating with the lab operations team to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
Own and execute outbound outreach campaigns using email, phone, LinkedIn, in-person visits, and event networking
Target high-performing implant and full-arch focused practices, large group practices, and DSOs
Build strong pipelines of interested, qualified prospects aligned with Hybridge Lab’s ideal client profile
Conduct compelling sales calls, presentations, and demos tailored to each prospect’s needs and clinical model
Clearly articulate the Hybridge value proposition: faster turnaround, superior clinical outcomes, centralized quality, and competitive pricing
Build and maintain strong relationships with owner-doctors, decision-makers, and KOLs
Uncover business drivers, pain points, and growth goals of prospects to present a personalized lab solution
Position Hybridge not just as a lab vendor but as a growth partner that improves practice efficiency and case profitability
Collaborate closely with the lab operations team to ensure alignment on capabilities, timelines, and expectations
Maintain organized CRM data, lead records, and deal progression metrics
Report weekly progress and key wins to Leadership; continuously refine outreach strategy based on results
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in dental, medical device, lab sales, or a related consultative role
High energy, internally motivated, competitive and focused on results over activity
Strong communicator who knows how to create urgency, follow up relentlessly, and ask for the close
Strategic thinker who can spot opportunity and knows how to initiate conversations that lead to high-ticket deals
