Responsibilities

Process a high volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner

Review, code, and match invoices to purchase orders and expense reports

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and approval workflows

Assist with vendor setup, maintenance, and inquiries while maintaining positive vendor relationships

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including AP reconciliations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Procurement, Operations) to resolve discrepancies

Work effectively in a multi-subsidiary environment, ensuring proper allocation and intercompany handling

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within Accounts Payable

Assist with fulfilling support requests during the annual audit
