Responsibilities
Provides overall leadership for large-scale hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning
Owns schedule, budget, risk, and execution strategy while partnering closely with executive leadership, engineering, construction, and operations teams
Manages day-to-day execution of data center construction projects, coordinating contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Drives schedule adherence, cost control, and quality while supporting fast-track delivery models
Leads and coordinates multi-discipline design efforts across civil, architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical systems
Acts as the bridge between engineering, PMO, procurement, and external engineers of record to ensure designs align with construction sequencing, budgets, and long-lead procurement timelines
Supports project and design teams by managing documentation, workflows, and communication across stakeholders
Ensures consistency, version control, and clarity throughout all project phases
Qualification
Required
Overall leadership for large-scale hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning
