Collaborating closely with our operations team to ensure the seamless delivery of services
Identifying opportunities for growth and upselling additional services to meet customer needs
Staying updated on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to customers
Manage time and responsibilities – scheduling, customer support, job tracking, billing, staff communication, phone calls, etc
Qualification
Required
Outgoing personality, enjoys working with people
Basic computer skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
Knowledge of lawn care industry practices and products
Strong telephone and written communication skills
Outside sales: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Relocate: La Plata, MD: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Preferred
While experience in account management or a related field is preferred, it is not required
Sales experience is a plus, but not required
