Regional Sales Manager
SoTalent is looking for a strategic, relationship-driven sales leader to accelerate growth across a defined territory. In this role, you’ll manage distributor partnerships, drive product and equipment sales, and execute territory strategies that support annual revenue goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute account strategies to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals
Grow revenue by acquiring new customers and optimizing existing accounts
Support and train distributor field teams to enhance performance
Act as the central liaison between assigned accounts and internal channel leadership
Track sales pipeline progress and ensure accurate forecasting
Communicate the company’s value proposition to drive customer focus and engagement
Conduct monthly business reviews with account leaders and present insights to internal stakeholders
Ensure alignment with contractual terms and organizational policies
Generate and implement growth ideas to expand market presence
Support prospecting activities, including outreach and cold calling
Build professional, collaborative relationships across all stakeholder groups
Travel up to 60% while maintaining a flexible schedule
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 5 years of sales experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Proven ability to build and manage strategic customer relationships
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to travel extensively and manage a remote work environment
