Ensemble Health Partners is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to assist the AP team, manage supplier relationships, and conduct reconciliations and internal audits to ensure accuracy in accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities

Assist the AP team in training new associates

Serve as AP Specialist backup on an as needed basis

Assist with writing AP processes and procedures

Prepare and reconcile accounts to statements, customer’s invoice chargebacks, outstanding checks/VCA/ACH returns

Prepare and manage ad hoc statistical reports related to accounts payable

Manage supplier relationships, research and work with other internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies or invoice rejections

Conduct reconciliations and internal audits of invoices and expense reports to identify discrepancies and offer recommendations for process improvements

Responsible for pulling billable expenses

Review supplier information and perform TIN matching

Assist with 1099 processing

Other duties as assigned

Required

A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or a related field is required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience, Finance/Accounting preferred

Preferred

Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems is preferred
