Responsibilities

Installing, maintaining, and repairing office equipment such as printers, copiers, and related technologies

Troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware or software malfunctions

Testing equipment functionality

Ensuring timely resolution of service requests

Providing excellent customer service

Educating users about equipment operations

Keeping accurate service records to ensure client satisfaction

Required

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing printers, copiers, and related office equipment

Experience with troubleshooting hardware and performing preventive maintenance

Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as required

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred
