They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join their HR team for the summer, providing hands-on exposure to various HR functions such as onboarding and employee engagement.
Consulting
Responsibilities
Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating orientation logistics
Help maintain and organize employee files and HR documentation in accordance with company policies
Assist with HR data entry and tracking using HR systems and Microsoft Excel
Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications
Assist with special HR projects as assigned by the Director of HR
Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
Qualification
Required
Pursuing degrees in the following fields: Business, Marketing, Computer Sciences, Human Resources, Communications, Finance or related fields
High School diploma
Valid Driver's license
Cumulative GPA: 2.75 or higher
Pre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment
