Capital Markets Analyst Rotational Program (Entry-Level)

They are seeking an Entry-Level Capital Markets Analyst to participate in a two-year rotational program across multiple Capital Markets functions, supporting various activities related to funding desks and market analysis.

Responsibilities

Participate in a two-year rotational program across multiple Capital Markets functions
Support daily activities on short-term and long-term funding desks, including debt servicing operations
Assist with issuance, settlement, and payment processes tied to Consolidated Obligations (COs)
Produce funding indications, guidelines, and operational reporting
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support recommendations and decisions
Prepare market analysis, commentary, and insights for internal and external stakeholders
Build strong working relationships with internal teams, banking partners, dealers, and market participants
Contribute to business process documentation, workflow diagrams, and Capital Markets projects
Collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Required

BS or MS in Finance (2024–2026 graduate)
interest in fixed income and capital markets
Excel or R modeling skills
self-starter mindset
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
Strong interest in fixed income, debt capital markets, and derivatives
Financial modeling experience using Excel or R
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Solid understanding of statistical and analytical concepts
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines independently
Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Commitment to inclusivity, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
