Responsibilities

Produce the schedules of work that reflect and track the delivery of products
Monitor the technical, cost and schedule performance of the project
Lead resource planning and management efforts and resolve issues that impede the test effort
Coordinate with cross discipline team members to make sure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are being met
Monitor testing activities to ensure design and functionality requirements are consistently achieved
Use cost and risk assessment tools and procedures to assess project health
Troubleshoot issues associated with complex systems or with development and design projects
Lead various project status, planning, and review meetings

Required

ERP Implementation experience with IBM Cognos, Deltek Costpoint, Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, or Unanet
PMP Certification
Bachelor's degree required in technical or business management related field
Familiar with ADKAR Change Management Model
Emotional Intelligence
Ability to utilize Project Management disciplines to estimate, coordinate and deliver committed project deliverables
MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Project and Project Server
