Responsibilities
Assist with posting job openings and coordinating interviews
Prepare onboarding documentation
Conduct new hire orientations and ensure completion of onboarding requirements
Maintain accurate employee files
Process employee status changes (new hires, terminations, promotions)
Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures
Assist employees with benefits enrollment and general benefits questions
Support payroll processing by tracking time-off, new hires, and changes
Coordinate with payroll and benefits vendors as needed
Support HR Director with employee relations matters and documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Assist with audits, reports, and HR metrics
Help coordinate training sessions and employee development programs
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of HR or administrative experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Basic knowledge of HR principles and employment practices
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or in progress)
