Agent in Training - Farmers Insurance

Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated, goal-driven Agent in Training to join their successful team. This role involves driving revenue growth, delivering personalized insurance solutions, and contributing to a collaborative team culture while helping clients protect what matters most.

Responsibilities

Generating new business through prospecting, outreach, and converting leads to policies
Conducting consultations with clients to determine their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Selling and cross-selling a range of insurance products, such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing support and policy reviews
Achieving and surpassing individual sales targets to support agency growth
Keeping up-to-date with product information and compliance standards
Utilizing CRM tools for lead management, follow-ups, and policy renewals
Participating in team meetings and contributing to sales strategies

Required

Prior sales experience or the proven ability to consistently achieve goals

1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
