Responsibilities
Own features from discovery to deployment: scoping, implementation, testing, release, and follow-through
Improve quality and resilience: monitoring, error handling, security hardening, and performance tuning
Designing, building, deploying and run high-quality consumer-facing software
Participating in the design and development of secure, scalable, failure-resistant systems
Qualification
Required
4–8+ years of professional software engineering experience
Full-stack TypeScript experience, with confidence owning production systems
Experience building data-dense UIs
Track record of shipping substantial features/products, not just contributing small pieces
Comfort operating in ambiguity (early-stage startup, evolving requirements)
Solid engineering hygiene: testing discipline, readable code, code review habits, and documentation
This role requires current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Preferred
Blockchain familiarity (a plus, not required)
Experience building software for banking and financial systems
Security-minded development, high ownership
