Responsibilities
Partner with the leaderships team to define and operationalize strategy across segments, regions, and motions; translate strategy into actionable operating plans, priorities, and execution frameworks
Design and run operating rhythms including planning cycles, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), forecast reviews, and executive forums; ensure clear decision‑making, accountability, and follow‑through
Serve as the primary integrator across functions; drive clarity on ownership, handoffs, and interdependencies across GTM motions
Oversee GTM planning and performance management in partnership with RevOps and Finance; ensure consistent metrics, dashboards, and insights to inform decision‑making
Identify organizational bottlenecks and design scalable processes to support growth; support org design, capacity planning, and prioritization as the business evolves
Qualification
Required
Proven senior leadership experience in commercial strategy and operations at scale
Track record of building and operating scalable planning, forecasting, and execution rhythms that enable durable growth
Deep understanding of sales and product-led motions and how to orchestrate them across regions and segments
Excel at cross-functional leadership with executive presence, strong communication, and an ability to drive clarity and alignment across teams
