Client Relationship Manager

They are seeking a full-time Client Relationship Manager responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Understanding client needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery
Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams
Managing client accounts and overseeing project progress
Providing regular updates
Identifying opportunities for growth
Addressing client concerns
Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to achieve client satisfaction and organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer relationship management, interpersonal, and communication skills
Experience in client account management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
Proven ability to develop strategic solutions and achieve customer success
Proficiency in CRM tools, project management, and data-driven decision-making
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and balance multiple client demands
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred
Background in payment processing or financial services is an advantage
