Human Resources
Responsibilities
Entering and updating employee payroll information in the HRIS
Reviewing timesheets and expense reports weekly for accuracy
Preparing and processing payroll, garnishments, etc
Preparing payroll reports
Answering employees’ payroll inquiries
Recording payroll activity in the General Ledger
Importing and exporting timesheet data
Monitoring and assigning payroll tickets
All other related tasks as required
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred
Previous experience with Deltek and/or UKG/Ultipro software strongly preferred
Associate's degree or higher in a related field highly preferred
