Responsibilities
Manage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary
Serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation
Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate
Modify, review, and draft demand letters, pleadings, claims, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
Oversee personal injury case files from beginning to end
Qualification
Required
Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired
Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatory
Computer proficiency is essential
Requires a bachelor's degree and a J.D. degree
Personal injury litigation or trial experience in wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is a necessity
