Contact insurance companies to verify patient eligibility, coverage, and benefit details
Review insurance plans for coverage limitations, authorizations, and financial responsibility
Accurately document and process verified benefits in the internal system

Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely benefit information
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of medical insurance plans and terminology

Ability to manage multiple verifications efficiently and accurately
