The Technology Lead Analyst will oversee the delivery of the airline's technical ecosystem, ensuring reliable rollout of initiatives across various operational and commercial systems while complying with aviation regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

You'll own the delivery of the airline’s technical ecosystem, ensuring reliable rollout of initiatives spanning capabilities that cover Commercial, Operations, and Enterprise systems

Key systems you’ll oversee include: Passenger Service System (PSS), Flight operations and dispatch, Crew scheduling and rostering, Maintenance & Engineering (MRO), Revenue accounting and ticketing integrations, Loyalty, Customer Web and Mobile apps, Staff apps

You’ll act as the primary IT partner the airline’s business functions, ensuring systems comply with aviation regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, ICAO)

You’ll also lead vendor implementation and optimization of airline platforms and manage integrations between operational systems and ERP/Finance

Building systems for real-time operational resilience and effective incident response will be critical, as will supporting fleet expansion, route growth, and operational scaling
