Responsibilities
Assisted in configuring Oracle Fusion Core HR components such as legal employers, business units, jobs, grades, and positions under senior consultant guidance
Supported Core HR processes including employee lifecycle management (hire, transfer, promotion, termination) and worker data maintenance
Gathered and analyzed basic HR business requirements and helped map them to Oracle Core HR functional setups
Participated in data migration activities using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and validated employee and organizational data
Supported functional testing (SIT/UAT), documented test cases, and helped resolve Core HR–related issues and defects
Prepared functional documentation, process flows, and user guides to support implementation and post-go-live operations
