Enterprise Account Executive
Confidential company is a global technology provider serving the financial services industry, and they are seeking a senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth. The role involves managing complex enterprise sales cycles and building relationships with executive stakeholders across Banking and Financial Services.

Responsibilities
Lead enterprise sales cycles across Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance, managing opportunities from prospecting through close
Position and sell both high-value SaaS solutions and long-term, service-led Managed Services engagements based on client needs and operational maturity
Develop and execute 12–24 month strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities, regulatory requirements, and transformation initiatives
Establish relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CRO, COO), as well as procurement, risk, security, and compliance decision-makers
Lead complex RFP/RFI processes and coordinate cross-functional teams (pre-sales, product, security, legal, delivery) to ensure bank-grade solution alignment
Serve as a credible thought partner to clients on modernization initiatives, including cloud transformation, efficiency, risk mitigation, and AI-enabled operations
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years of enterprise B2B technology sales experience, with deep exposure to Financial Services
Demonstrated success selling both recurring SaaS licenses and complex service-led engagements (Managed Services, consulting, strategic outsourcing)
Strong track record of exceeding quota in complex enterprise environments; experience closing $500K–$5M+ deals strongly preferred
Proven ability to influence and build trust with executive stakeholders in highly regulated industries
Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
Preferred
Prior experience selling AI/ML solutions, automation, or analytics into Financial Services
Familiarity with cloud/hybrid-cloud environments, data residency requirements, and security/compliance considerations in banking
Existing network of relationships within Tier 1 / Tier 2 financial institutions
