Responsibilities
Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web applications
Translate complex mortgage workflows into simple, elegant experiences
Partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership to shape features end-to-end
Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
Contribute to and evolve our design system and UX standards
Use feedback, data, and user research to iterate and improve designs
Qualification
Required
2+ years of professional product design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and visual execution
Experience designing web-based SaaS products
Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma preferred)
Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment
Preferred
Experience designing complex workflows or data-heavy products
Fintech, mortgage, or financial services experience
Familiarity with AI-powered or automation-driven products
Experience collaborating closely with engineers on implementation
