Responsibilities

Act as the single point of contact for the solution working with client stakeholders, consultants, project managers in anchoring the vision, value and overall solution architecture
Be eager to learn and keep up to date on Company's products, capabilities, and new features to apply the knowledge in solution designs and performing design reviews of Senior Consultant
Understand client's business processes, pain points, technology landscape, future state requirements and use cases
Identify and define the value opportunities and quantified improvements in process metrics
Define an end state solution, success criteria and anticipated business value of the end state solution by working closely with client stakeholders
Partner with client executives, global process owners and internal stakeholders to align on expected value and means, and to measure it on a continuous basis
Identify gaps with respect to standard product capabilities and enhancements specific to customers’ business needs
Drive standardization and simplification through adoption of industry best practices and minimizing customization to deliver high quality design
Ensure quality review of the solution at different stages of the project. This includes but is not limited to: review of the future-state design done by Senior Consultants, review of the system builds, and testing done by Design Consultants, and review of the cutover plan for production readiness
Be the people manager for a group of Design Consultants and Senior Consultants by providing onboarding support, regular check-ins, coaching, feedback, and guidance, and leading formal employee performance reviews
Collaborate with a client-service team consisting of Associate Consultants, Consultants, Design Consultants, Senior Consultants, Project Managers, and Program Directors on a daily basis to meet the client’s needs
Work closely with global product management team to develop innovative products
Help to build and improve the implementation, training methodologies and the tools needed future implementations
Manage deliverables to achieve deadlines across multiple projects and clients

Required

Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) or Management or a related field of study
Five (5) years' experience in a functional or solution role in the implementation of ERP or SaaS solutions based on use of accounting and financial concepts, such as, Order-to-Cash business processes including Cash application, Collections, Deductions, and Financial Reporting
Requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, presentation, and facilitation skills with small and large groups
Domestic travel 50%
