Represent Culligan professionally within the community, ensuring a safe and positive image
Service, install, and repair residential and commercial water treatment equipment
Exceed customer expectations by going above and beyond to meet their needs
Promote and sell various Culligan products and services

Qualification

Required

Strong mechanical aptitude
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Hands-on problem solver
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
High motivation to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
Critical thinking skills
Capability to work under deadlines and in physically demanding conditions (ability to move products weighing up to 185 lbs)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service or customer-focused position
Successful completion of a DOT physical exam

Preferred

1 year of prior plumbing and/or water conditioning service/installation experience
