Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric
Build, manage, and optimize Lakehouse architectures for structured and semi-structured data
Develop and maintain data pipelines using Fabric Data Factory
Implement ETL/ELT processes, data transformations, and orchestration workflows
Create and manage semantic models and curated data layers
Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, leveraging DAX and best practices
Ensure data quality, performance optimization, security, and scalability
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Fabric workloads and data pipelines
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and architects to gather and refine requirements
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for data and analytics solutions
Participate effectively in Agile/Scrum development processes
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
Expertise in Lakehouse architecture, OneLake, Fabric Data Factory, and Synapse Data Engineering
Proficiency in SQL and Python and/or PySpark
Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, and data modeling
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and modern analytics architecture
Experience with Azure services such as ADLS, Azure SQL, and Azure Synapse
Knowledge of data security, governance, and access control best practices
Experience supporting enterprise-scale analytics solutions
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
