Morningstar Sustainalytics is seeking a Global Employer Brand Manager to develop and implement strategies that enhance the company's reputation as an employer. This role involves creating content, managing campaigns, and collaborating with various teams to attract and engage top talent.

Responsibilities

Create and lead the global employer branding roadmap, including action plans and performance metrics

Produce and manage content, such as job postings, career pages, blog posts, and videos, that showcase the unique Morningstar employer value proposition

Plan, launch, and execute employer brand campaigns across various channels, including web and social media

Work closely with regional Talent Acquisition teams, corporate marketing, design, external and internal communications teams to ensure unified brand experience and shared ownership

Own and manage all employer brand touchpoints, ensuring consistency across platforms and digital channels

Monitor campaign success, conduct market research, and analyze data to gain insights and adjust strategies accordingly

Manage budgets for employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives and track performance against financial goals. Help build the business case for further investment

Required

Proven experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing, preferably as a new functional owner

A bachelor's degree in a related field is required
