Responsibilities
Serve as first-level point of contact for Student Ambassadors, responding to questions about program requirements, community engagement strategies, and stipend payment processes
Assist with coordination of Student Ambassador networking events, professional development opportunities, and connections to ZEV career pathways
Provide administrative support for program meetings, stakeholder communications, and special events as directed by program leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum of one year of experience in program coordination, student services, community organizing, or related fields, including internships, fellowships, or volunteer activities with diverse student populations
Associate's degree from a California Community College or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, database management, social media platforms, and virtual collaboration tools including Zoom, Teams, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and SharePoint
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Public Policy, Social Work, Communications, or related field
California Driver's License
Interest or knowledge in zero-emission vehicles, clean transportation, or environmental policy
