Responsibilities
Build, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate tests as well as personalization campaigns across digital channels
Collaborate with development, analytics, and marketing teams to translate business goals into executable experiments
Manage the setup and configuration of testing infrastructure across multiple rendering environments (SPA, SSR, hybrid)
Monitor test performance and ensure accurate data collection and reporting through analytics tools
Troubleshoot issues related to targeting, test delivery, or audience qualification
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, documentation, and best practices
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Adobe Target implementation or a related front-end experimentation role
Strong JavaScript skills with the ability to develop and troubleshoot custom test logic
Proficiency with Adobe Target libraries and APIs, including at.js (v2.11+), Alloy.js, Delivery and Recommendations APIs
Experience implementing tests in various architectures, including SPAs, SSR setups, and hybrid models
Familiarity with integrating Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics, AEM, CJA, and Consent Management Systems
Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, including Real-Time CDP and audience creation
