Responsibilities
Lead strategy and design for personal investor experiences, with a focus on high‑yield savings and cash management
Shape product promotion and cross‑product enablement flows, ensuring smooth transitions between business lines
Define customer journeys, identify friction points, and design solutions that guide users through complex financial decisions
Work closely with multiple product families, especially those connected to retirement and cash‑management experiences
Partner with product managers, strategists, and engineering teams to translate strategy into clear requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, aligning teams around shared goals and design direction
Create journey maps, service blueprints, and experience frameworks that clarify how all pieces fit together
Contribute to and leverage design systems to ensure consistency and scalability
Apply strong critical‑thinking skills to evaluate tradeoffs, propose solutions, and drive clarity in ambiguous spaces
Qualification
Required
A portfolio demonstrating strategic design thinking, journey mapping, and systems-level problem solving
Experience working across product, engineering, and strategy teams
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to define requirements, articulate rationale, and influence decision-making
Comfort working in a partially defined space — with ~50% of the work already started and significant strategy still ahead
Openness to learning the financial domain; industry experience is not required if your portfolio shows strong design rigor
