The Program Manager will lead the design and implementation of a centralized Quality Assurance (QA) model across all technology projects and products, managing various aspects of QA aligned with Agile best practices.

Lead the design and implementation of a centralized Quality Assurance (QA) model across all technology projects and products
Drive discovery sessions
Conduct stakeholder interviews
Manage QA vendor selection
Define the operating model for a scalable, metrics-driven QA organization aligned with Agile best practices

Qualification

Program ManagementQuality AssuranceAgile/ScrumVendor ManagementMetrics-driven QABachelor’s DegreeAgile Certification

Required

7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within a technology organization, including Agile/Scrum environments, with a strong focus on Testing and Quality Assurance
7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance processes, metrics, and vendor management within IT or software development environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred

Agile or Scrum Certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) preferred
If working out of Boston office ability to travel to San Francisco as needed
