Responsibilities
Clearly articulate the benefits of Elate’s solution and services to all levels including “C” level executives
Understand the customer needs and leverage Elate’s solution to provide desired business benefits
Manage Expectations for service projects, optimizing for maximum ROI
Develop, present, and deliver high-impact demonstrations of Elate’s solution and service offerings
Support Account Executives in identifying requirements to scope and produce high-quality sales proposals and supporting materials
Support Account Managers in delivering tailored action plans to customers and high-quality executive summaries
Consult customers to achieve their desired business objectives
Provide input to other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years or more of direct or applicable experience
Experience in a customer-facing and/or consulting role
Ability to understand customer challenges and opportunities around Strategic Planning and proactively provide solutions to help guide them to success
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, expediency, and consistency
Ability to proactively analyze and recommend the best course of action with a solution-oriented approach
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and respond strategically to customer needs, new product solutions, and applying new product developments to professional services scoping
Liaison experience working across internal organizations/departments
